Uploading data-sheet information
Please do the following to enter your data-sheet information electronically:
- Log-in via the Log in/enter data option (also found below).
- Click 'Register new site' to create a description of the study site (the place you trapped your fish). Enter a name for this site, select a region, and select 'Lake', 'River/stream', Brackish water' or 'Coastal area' (if you trapped the fish in the sea, please select coastal area). Enter a short description of the site (optional). Click 'Save information'. You will now reach the map coordinate picker.
- Use the map coordinate picker to specify the location of your study site. Zoom and pan with the navigation buttons. Drag the red marker to the location of your study site and hit the 'Save coordinates'-button to save and submit the map coordinates.
- Enter your data in the electronic version of the data sheet. Post the entries by hitting the 'Register data'-button. Your will now see a table of the datasheets you have entered.
- You have now the option to enter a new datasheet for a new fish sample. In order to do so, follow the link 'Register new data sheet'. If the next fish is trapped in the same site, select the area you created for the previous fish sample. If the next fish was trapped at a different location, create a new site following the procedure indicated in paragraph 2.
